The Sales Representative builds and enhances relationships with organizations and ministries who will bring groups to Warm Beach Camp (WBC) Ministries. This position helps churches, schools, and non-profits maximize their mission through the effective utilization of WBC Ministries' facilities and/or programs. Working in cooperation with the Marketing and Guest Services Teams, the Sales Representative establishes plans and processes used by WBC Ministries to grow camper/guest individual and group participation. The person in this position shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior towards colleagues, leadership, staff and guests. Regular attendance is essential for this position.

At Rainier Camp and Retreat center, we exist to provide Christ-centered hospitality to groups seeking adventure in God's wild creation.
At Warm Beach Camp, we exist to provide Christ-centered environments, experiences and resources that draw people to God through camping ministries, conferences and events.
This is a full-time, year-round position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in marketing or communications; or three to five years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
