Celona is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for the next phase of its growth: an energetic team member to drive attention to its unique 5G LAN solution and its unique benefits. With many customer examples to learn from within Celona's growing community of enterprise IT and industrial IoT technology leaders, you will be the thought leader in driving repeatable marketing and sales qualified opportunities.

Job #1 for this role would be to accelerate the time it takes to identify ideal sources of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) across variety of campaigns. Success of the role will be measured not only by the quality of the MQLs but primarily by the rate of conversion from MQL to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). All that's done within this role should have a proactive view into the early stages of growth within the 5G LAN industry, while keeping in mind the leadership position Celona has in leading and defining the market itself. 

In this position, you will report to the Director of Growth Marketing. You will engage with Celona's product, marketing, sales ops and inside/field sales team members at a business level on topics ranging from executing digital campaigns, lead scoring, inside sales cadences, regional events and other field activities, channel-led demand gen, among others. 

Your creativity in translating the needs of Celona's business goals to rapid execution and validation of brand-new marketing campaigns would be key factors in your success.

  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive assets and unique content built for conversion to marketing qualified leads (MQL)
  • Be able to work with a cross-functional team to plan and help execute digital, field and channel marketing campaigns in concert
  • Translate our revenue and pipeline goals into demand generation targets including the number of sales qualified opportunities (SQL)
  • Identify measure of success and provide regular updates on performance metrics for growth marketing activities and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team in order to ensure a unique experience for prospects with high engagement rates
  • Find, identify, and scale new demand generation channels and optimize existing channels, based on feedback on MQL quality  
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs on MQL to SQL conversion, per source and campaign costs
  • Set an innovative strategy that leverages data, invests in scalable automation, and ensures consistency across sales regions
  • Build a trusted relationship with inside sales and field sales teams and serve as a liaison between sales and marketing
  • Work closely with the field and inside sales teams to communicate marketing campaigns, gain feedback on the quality of leads
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital campaigns, product led tactics, field and channel engagements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new advertising products and new features within existing platforms

You will be an ideal candidate if you have 

  • B.A or B.S. degree with 3+ years of experience in growth marketing / demand generation program management and execution
  • Experience building and executing growth marketing campaigns against new generation of audiences with brand new solutions
  • Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of early stage enterprise B2B marketing and different stages of growth for startups
  • Preferred experience within the IT networking, cloud software and enterprise applications technology segments
  • Proven track record delivering integrated demand generation campaigns to both end customers and the channel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engaging personality to work with sales and marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience with multiple digital channels (e.g. SEM, programmatic, affiliates, content syndication)
  • Proficient working across a Mar-Tech and sales enablement tools including Salesforce and Zapier
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
