Job Description:

Serves guests and members food and beverage items in a professional, timely and courteous manner.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
  • Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and refills items as needed.
  • Participates in pre-shift meetings.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, prep and kitchen areas.
  • Completes all daily side work and has it signed off on by a manager.
  • Is accountable for checks, cash and credit card transactions.
  • Serves guests, delivers food, buses tables and restocks items.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Two (2) years server and/or customer services experience
  • Regular and reliable
  • Frequently stands, walks, tastes, smells, talks, hears, uses hands to handle or feel, reaches with hands and arms, and carries food trays
  • Occasionally sits, climbs, and crouches
  • Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
