We are seeking an Application Lead with the following skills to support an Intelligence Community customer in Reston, VA.
The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 6-10 architects, developers, testers, SMEs, Sysadmins, DBAs and CM staff in all aspects of application development and sustainment and Govt. and security processes and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, the RMF process, the ATO process, the Change Management process, development scrums and sprints, weekly status reports, weekly status meetings, user engagement meetings, sprint demos, and application sustainment including monthly patching, daily monitoring and backups and resolution of user trouble tickets.
Candidate must have TS/SCI w/CI Poly (or the ability to pass one). Certifications such as Security+ are a plus but not required. Technology knowledge including the AWS Cloud and how to sustain an application is required. Experience leading scrum teams is required. Experience reporting to senior leadership is required. Ability to support a mission critical application on nights and weekends, if necessary, is required.
