About the Role:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities. This position oversees AP/AR, general ledger integrity, treasury reconciliation, and month/year-end close. They participate in the preparation of financial statements, the annual budget, oversee some job cost and inventory accounting, and assist in the audit processes. The Senior Accountant is a resource to operational departments for ad hoc reporting and special projects and is cross-trained to perform other essential departmental duties to ensure full coverage. This individual reports to the Controller and manages the A/P Accountant.
