The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Family Solutions for Kids (FSK) Team, as well as assisting with the development, implementation, and execution of the treatment for children and families served by the FSK program. The Supervisor promotes effective utilization of program services and funding to achieve desired outcomes for enrolled children and families.
Essential Job Functions:
? Follows all contractual and agency policies, procedures, and seamless delivery of services to children and their families. Promotes contract compliance to the FSK Team and ensures Therapists fulfill contract standards and requirements. Assists with documentation audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and best practice.
? Ensures client files and documentation are maintained according to ethical/legal standards as required by program policy, procedures, and contract/grant requirements and in an accurate and timely manner.
? Provides clinical supervision for each assigned Therapist.

? Ensures agency productivity expectations are met by staff on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Provides support and guidance to Therapists to assist with meeting expectations. Reviews overhead costs of team and makes spending decisions based on available funding.
? Participates in weekly intake meeting, caseload assignment, and case closings. Ensures completion of weekly review of billing and documentation, including review of case notes to assure quality, compliance, and timeliness.
? Helps prepare new referral packets and PR/marketing materials as needed, and works collaboratively with Regional Director and Org Impact Team to ensure effective program development strategies, including participation in the PQI meetings.
Supervisor shall possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Must be fully licensed in a clinical discipline, i.e. LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Missouri. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience and management/supervisory experience preferred. Agency prefers the Supervisor must be MO State approved to provide licensure supervision.
Represents Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) to the professional community. Must have strong verbal and written communication and ability to represent the agency well. Builds and maintains positive community relationships with referral sources, Family Court, treatment providers, schools, and agency partners. Builds and maintains rapport with children, parents, and families; actively managing and resolving conflicts. Plans, arranges, and/or provides crisis intervention services as needed. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA standards for all assigned clients and families.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, have and maintain a risk-free driving record. Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and child care/elder care disqualification list screenings. As requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of your employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Must undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment physical with the results showing no evidence of communicable disease.
