The Accounting Associate will primarily be focused on Accounts Receivable duties, including compiling funding requests for grants, booking outgoing invoices, and working with the Development team to process donations and other revenue. This position will work closely with the Grants Revenue Manager to ensure that all Accounts Receivable transactions are processed on a timely and accurate basis.
This position is primarily remote at this time, but all applicants must be able to work in-person at our San Francisco office on an as-needed basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the Grants Revenue Manager on the Finance and Administrative Team. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) non-exempt/hourly position. At this time, SFPA is operating mostly remotely with some functions performed at the office. This position will be expected to work in person at the office, as well as remotely. SFPA fully supports remote work by providing employees with a laptop, cloud-based systems, and frequent team connection. For in-person office work, SFPA provides robust safety protocols, including mandatory mask-wearing, social distancing, and frequent sanitation.
San Francisco Parks Alliance offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous vacation policy, medical, dental, vision, chiropractic/acupuncture, flexible spending accounts, Basic Life/AD&D insurance, and a 401(k) program with a discretionary match component.
