Annecillary Furniture Services, a CRI company, provides project management and installation services in the fast-paced commercial furniture industry. The Installation Project Assistant serves as the main support for the Installation Project Manager, spending a majority of their time ensuring accurate documentation and archiving of projects. Due to the team driven environment of Annecillary, the Installation Project Assistant also supports the demo and décor departments when needed.

  • Scan and file all invoice packets with completed project and billing information.
  • Send receiving reports of newly received product to furniture dealers and other project clients.
  • Match signed work orders to their project packets and communicate anything noted by the lead installer to the Installation Project Manager.
  • Match receiving reports against clients’ receiving tickets to check that the correct product was received.
  • Shred all client documents once no longer needed.
  • Assist décor, demo, and projects teams where needed.
