They possess a keen intellect and critical eye to set and implement strategies that will manage and grow the business's profitability. Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and operations

5 years in agency operations leading cross-functional initiatives and projects, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, tool assessment, and implementation in a deadline-driven environment
Capacity to rapidly identify issues, communicate immediately and effectively, and work to resolution
Loves to keep things simple, clear, and concise with agile problem-solving to help us work better and faster
Constantly curious and a lifetime learner able to digest a lot of information and help distill it down to ensure alignment to program priorities

Education and Experience
