To support and assist project management teams in organizing ongoing and upcoming projects of all sizes. Work closely with the project manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and data collection for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like maintaining project documentation, monitoring project plans, schedules, submittals, participating in project meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with both internal and external teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Education: High school diploma
Experience and/or Training: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in construction industry, providing support to project management team(s). Experience in all phases of project management. Advanced computer skills. Ability to work individually and as a team player.
The level of understanding and the knowledge beyond just performing the task are key to the role of PC, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a high volume of work in a quality manner, meet frequent tight deadlines, and perform calmly under pressure. Ability to recognize potential problems, and flag issues, inconsistencies and project conflicts is important. A strong yet tactful assertiveness in prompting, reminding, pushing, and following up with your project team members is important.
Technology/Equipment: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software and project management software.
Education: Technical degree in related field preferred.
