Develop a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness, as well as customer engagement through various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and tiktok.
Lead the creation of digital marketing campaigns that will increase customers and engagement, leads generation and conversion. Champion their implementation.
Ensure that daily social media calendar is planned and implemented.
Work with in-house content, graphic design and video teams to develop content that is relevant to our customers and supports our B2B and retail sales channels.
