Description

The Sales Manager manages all sales operations of the company and leads the sales team to achieve sales targets while navigating the growth of revenue and gross profit. 

Requirements


This position carries the following responsibilities including but not limited to: 

  • Managing sales targets for the team and individuals on the sales team.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand customer base and hit sales targets
  • Conceiving and executing against strategic sales efforts in new verticals and industries 
  • Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and action plans
  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing sales campaigns (email/calls/etc)
  • Continually building out a diverse sales and account management team
  • Hiring and training sales team members.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of the sales team and sales strategies.
  • Leading strategic business development through the Affiliate Program.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with channel partners.
  • Providing tools and materials to the sales team, and allowing the special talents of sales team members to be implemented to the benefit of the entire team.
  • Composing scripts and email sequences for sales team members.
  • Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Communications 
  • Proven experience as a sales manager and running a sales team
  • Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets with an effective sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments, outside suppliers, & upper management
  • Competency in operational software like Google Suite, Hubspot, etc.

Sales manager will report to the Chief Day Maker, Chief Strategy Officer, and/or Managing Director. Base salary plus bonus scheme is in place.
