POSITION SUMMARY: We are actively seeking Signals Analysts to join our MLS family.

Requirements


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Be involved in planning and conducting cyberspace operations.
  • Perform traditional signals intelligence support as necessary.
  • Devise strategies for extracting semantic value from large datasets.
  • Provide support facilitating strategic thinking, planning, programming, and technical support; technical assessments, programmatic support; assistance in the development of requirements, capabilities, and analysis.
  • Provide accurate, relevant, and timely SIGINT analyses and assessments.
  • Use specialized technical, regional, and functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence, products, and analytical assessments to give the client actionable intelligence and context.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI- willing to submit to a polygraph. 


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The qualifications listed below are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. 
  • Degree MUST be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program. 
  • Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: Signals Analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA).

SKILL LEVEL 1:

  •  Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or; 
  • A high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or;
  • Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training [for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)]; OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military BLINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program.

SKILL LEVEL 2: 

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience or ;
  •  Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or;
  •  Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or;
  • High school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience, or;
  •  Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have relevant military degree programs ( or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training [for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst). 
  • (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)]; OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program.
  • (MCSAP), Military BLINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP). 

SKILL LEVEL 3:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or;
  • Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or;
  • Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience or;
  •  High school diploma or GED plus12 years of relevant experience, or;
  •  Associate's degree plus IO years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training [for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)]; OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military BLINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP). 

SKILL LEVEL 4:

  •  Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or;
  •  Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience or;
  •  Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience or;
  •  High school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or;
  •  Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training [for example, 9141 (Navy 
  • Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical BLINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis)]; OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military BLINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP). 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems.   

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work will be performed during ordinary hours (e.g., 8-5) in an ordinary work week (Monday-Friday).  

PAY RANGE:


Pay Range: $75,000 - $155,000 a year

MultiLingual Solutions (MLS) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job. Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, determine the final salary.
