Position Description 

We are looking for a IT Coordinator, Support Services to join our growing IT team. This role will report to the Director of IT. The IT Coordinator will assist with planning systems architecture roadmap and implementation strategies of business systems for the company. You will help build and support internal business systems to ensure we are optimally leveraging tools, while architecting solutions that will scale. You will be assisting business owners to develop and execute a business systems plan that helps achieve our business goals, reduce security risks, and drive automation, while maintaining reliable and effective systems company-wide. This role will become an internal expert on the overall use of applications and acts as a liaison between business operations, our internal IT infrastructure  

Requirements

 Primary Responsibilities 

· Assist with the management complex/large scale projects to overcome project roadblocks for on-time delivery 

· Gather requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex system or solution projects 

· Network across lines of business to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment 

· Create, monitor, and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders 

· Report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns 

· Manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs 

· Help develop detailed project plans and manage technical project process documentation 

· Performs any other duties, as assigned 



Minimum Qualifications 

· 1 to 3 years of experience working with and improving Enterprise Business Systems

· Some experience scaling the application portfolio to support for hyper growth

· Assist with architecting detailed solutions in the Business and IT space

· Passionate about business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, Business Intelligence, or similar.

· Some experience optimizing SaaS and Cloud host solutions

· Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications (such as Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Box, Atlassian, etc.)

· Awareness of Information Security best practices

· Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

· Ability to conduct research into application issues and products.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail

· Exceptionally self-motivated and ability to perform duties under minimal supervision with a scrappy start-up mentality

· Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities 


Desired Qualifications 

· Some project Management experience 

· Some experience with scripting languages for automation and integrations

· Experience with cloud project management tools (Asana, etc.) 

· Willing to work outside normal hours as needed in support of go live or transition events 

· Experience managing projects that enhance or support standard business operations in Accounting/Finance, HR, CRM, cloud infrastructure, and other related platforms 

· Direct knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service cloud, Sage Intacct, Tableau, and AWS a plus 

· Direct knowledge of soccer in the United States a plus
