Account Executive

Description

  

The Account Executive will primarily focus on sourcing business development opportunities for the Franklin Madison Marketing Services/Agency Revenue business now branded as FMEngage. This individual will network through (but not limited to) third party marketers, channel marketers, outsourcing alliance prospects and partners. 


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SME’s throughout the company as well as other external FM Sales Team members
  •  Business Development focused on building, establishing and maximizing new relationships for the company 
  • Be a strategic resource with the ability to have large scale partnership discussions with a diverse set of companies and work with the internal teams to translate those discussions in to meaningful company opportunities
  • Partner with Franklin Madison executives and teams to identify key company strengths and capabilities and bundle or develop those services in to external client value propositions
  • Understand the financials of the company and of business development opportunities and ensure that new business opportunities contribute and align 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to bring teams and prospects together to deliver on solutions that meet the needs of both parties 
  • Proactively develop opportunities for Marketing Services – clients who contract with Franklin Madison for creative or data modeling services 
  • Proactively develop opportunities for Data Services – clients who contract with Franklin Madison for Data Hub or custom data analytics services 


Requirements
  • 5-7 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the BPO or Marketing Services sales industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in cultivating and building strong client relationships
  • Results driven
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Salesforce.com experience is preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
