Summary: 

DexCare is searching for a Customer Solutions Architect who will promote quality outcomes and high satisfaction for new and existing DexCare customers. As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will work with DexCare customers to understand their business goals and present DexCare platform solutions to meet their objectives.  As a DexCare Customer Solutions Architect you will be considered a Subject Matter Expert on advanced DexCare capabilities and be capable of proposing solutions for various digital health care related use cases. You are motivated by making an impact for our prospects and customers, supplying valuable solutions that make for exceptional Patient & Provider experiences. This position is also part of a critical Proof-of-Concept “Skunkworks” team that will help define new product capabilities and integrations. Details of the important work you will contribute: 

  • Partner with Sales Executives on new and existing opportunities by leading technical sales engagements 
  • Lead development of proof-of-concept solutions to spearhead new product development 
  • Be the DexCare subject matter expert on DexCare platform, API, and SDK capabilities, integration, and implementation requirements.  
  • Work with customer business, IT, and clinical operations leadership to understand the DexCare platform capabilities 

What you will need to be able to do in order to be successful here: 

  • 5+ years experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Program Management, or Software Engineering 
  • 2-5 years experience participating in a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process 
  • Experience in cloud compute using AWS or Azure 
  • Experience in container based services, particularly Kubernetes 
  • Development experience with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js. 
  • A strong understanding of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and API first product value propositions  
  • Excellent prospect facing communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and product demonstrations)
  • Experience with Electronic Health record: Cerner, Epic, Meditech.

Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards

Base Salary = Competitive, not high or low, and no signing bonus tricks

Bonus = 20% of Base Salary. Our philosophy one for all and all for one, except for Sales because they get commissions, sorry Sales. We set achievable goals, not stretch, because our we don’t intend to run a bonus program that never pays. We all know how fun those are.


Our Interview Process

Dexcare doesn’t like to keep anyone waiting and we know you have lots of great options. Therefore, our aim is to complete the entire interview process with within a week. It doesn’t happen every time, but it rarely, if ever, takes longer than two weeks and sometimes it only takes two days. We make decisions fast and know what we are looking for.
