Description

Interplan is a commercial architectural firm located in Orlando, FL, specializing in restaurant and retail design work with large nationwide clients. Interplan was founded over forty-nine years ago and has offices in Orlando, Oakbrook Terrace, Fort Worth, and Philadelphia. We are looking to grow our full-time staff in our Orlando/ Altamonte Springs office and we are seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred. Past work experience in an A&E firm is desirable but not required. Interplan’s mission is to be present with our employees, and clients, and the Human Resource Administrator is a vital role in supporting this goal. The administrator is typically the first point of contact for the HR-related queries from employees and external partners. 

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

· Exceptional organization skills, as well as planning and time management skills with high attention to detail

· Experience with HR software such as Paylocity/Deltek preferred

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Thorough knowledge of labor laws

· Ability to maintain personnel records and manage personnel related HR procedures

· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

· Forward thinking, and self-directed initiative taker

· Kind and empathetic communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to liaise with external partners (i.e. insurance vendors, retirement advisors) and ensure legal compliance

· BS in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
