The Bathhouse Attendant provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests who arrive at the Bathhouse. Each bathhouse attendant's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again. 

Other responsibilities are listed below:

  •  Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Engage guests & facilitate their needs. Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure Bath House facility is kept clean
  • Merchandise sale of Bath House products
  • Welcome guests and process cash and credit card transactions
  • Approaches all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner
  • Regular and punctual attendance on-site for all scheduled shifts are required
  • Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures as required
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the resort
  • Follow and enforce all Springs policies
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
  • Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs
  • Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the Bathhouse and work areas
  • Be knowledgeable of the Bathhouse operation for the resort
  • Assists guests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
  • Meets with guests and provides outstanding customer service to all guests, and visitors of the resort

Education & Experience:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in a retail capacity or a related field required
  • Must be able to work 7 days a week including Holidays
  • Must have time management as well as exceptional organization skills
  • Must be able to work am and pm shift

Physical requirements:

  • Flexible and long hours required
  • Must be okay with working inside and outside in various temperatures
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
