Overall responsibility:

Oversee multiple enterprise-wide projects that are broad in scope and have enterprise-level strategic importance.

Essential Functions:

• Lead large, cross-functional projects in accordance with company strategy.

• Participate in steering committee forums to align the project pipeline.

• Organize resources, develop project plans, host meetings, and drive project teams to successful outcomes.

• Produce executive level reporting.

• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

• Manage project risks, dependencies and issues.

• Hold resources accountable for delivering on the project plan.

• Adhere to the approved project methodology for project management and maintain project artifacts and records.

• Create and maintain project artifacts.

• Prepare project status reports for various audiences

• Facilitate the building of a trusting and cooperative environment.

• Provide leadership and support; lead by example.

• Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience. Or High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field.

Company / Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in banking, credit union or financial services industries is strongly preferred.

Other Experience:

  • Experience with enterprise project management tools required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from planning to delivery required.
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Salesforce, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Zendesk preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Pivot Reports, Charts, Power Point, and/or Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with PCI and/or SOC 1/2 compliance or other regulatory models preferred.
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) preferred.
