Position Objective and Description: 


The Event Coordinator will work with the Brand Marketing and other departments to create engaging and impactful events for the organization.  It is the responsibility of this position to coordinate and manage all administrative and logistical components of events while the Brand Marketing department creates the design, theme, and content. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Event Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks and project coordination.

Skills/Qualifications: 


· Creative and innovative thinker. 

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. 

· Demonstrated experience in coordinating/producing both virtual and in-person events using various tools/virtual meeting platforms.

· Professional business presence and acumen. 

· Self starter, with a high level of initiative and proven proactive thinker. 

· Commitment to customer service (internal and external). 

· Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills. 

· Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset. 

· Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment.

· Experience in producing virtual meetings using video software such as Zoom and other platforms.

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
