The Human Resources Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources with the overall functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Recruits for, screens, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

· Facilitates new hire offer/onboarding process 

· Conducts new hire onboarding

· Assists HR Director with routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development

· Maintains self-service configuration of HR system of record

· Reports on attrition tracking/trending MTD, QTD, YoY

· Maintains company organization chart

· Provides support with company culture / employee engagement

· Performs other duties as assigned

· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
