Choisys Technology is seeking a Business Operations Assistant to support our HQ team in Ashburn, VA. office to complete the following tasks:

- General administrative support throughout all Choisys Technology business functions
- Provide remote support through MS Teams
- Assist with creating and logging trouble tickets (Spiceworks)
- Assist with setting up a weekly and monthly meeting
- Assist with organizing and updating process documentation
- Assist with tasks associated with maintaining Microsoft 365
- Assist with installation of Audio Visual equipment on customer sites
- Assist with SharePoint site content updates
- Assist with Business Development support
- Assist with headquarters inventory maintenance


- Associate’s degree or two years of professional experience
- Ability to travel 15% to customer locations throughout the United States
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. items
- Must be a US Citizen
