We are looking for highly motivated college students for summer internships, with the potential for full time employment upon completion of a successful internship and graduation with a degree.


Depending on your job location, your internship position may include one or more of the following duties:

-Managing inbound and outbound trucks for loading at harvest

-Coordinating with others involved in the shipping/loading processes both on and off the farm

-Assisting the shipping/harvest manager in day to day duties

-Collecting and analyzing quality control samples prior to shipping and communicating results to shipping/harvest manager

-Collecting and analyzing yield data in the field

-Assisting field managers/agronomists in day to day duties

-Turning on pivots to irrigate the crop

-Applying fertilizer through the pivot to fertigate the crop

-Learning about weed, insect, and disease identification, and scouting fields for these pests

There are no specific skills or experiences required, however, a strong candidate will have a background in agronomy, farming & harvest operations, or shipping & logistics.

This is a paid internship
