Who You Are:

You are a compassionate, intentional, and collaborative HR professional with 5-8 years of experience who sees the glass half-full, uses data to corroborate insight and intuition, understands the value of laughter and listening, and is dedicated to elevating the employee experience at Streetsense. As we reimagine the way we work in a post-pandemic era, the People Operations Partner will be integral to efficiently scaling and driving forward outcomes as we revamp our people-related operations. Working directly with our Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for deploying a learning mindset to design, implement, and reinforce the people technologies, systems, and protocols that optimize and propel development of expansive operational and cultural programing agendas for a growing staff of 160 employees.  Our People Team goals for 2022 and beyond are nothing short of transformational. This role will be positioned to catalyze these aspirations, and you will experience tremendous opportunity for professional development within our vibrant and growing people team and organization.


Optimizer + Leader: Streetsense is changing rapidly and your leadership will help guide this transition. You will help to improve our HRIS, support business operation tools, as well as provide effective training and reinforcement systems for users. You maintain and improve People-related policies (e.g., Handbook), procedures and practices to ensure compliance. You will operate and champion our current and evolving organizational mission, vision and values, integrating these concepts into the fabric of all employee processes and experiences. 


People-Person: You are an empathetic and people-forward leader. You manage the cadence of People-related activities, milestones and celebrations, and maintain the company calendar. You appreciate and enjoy human fallacies and strengths alike. You are a critical member of the talent processes. You are a partner to other members of the People team and throughout the organization to support the needs of a rapidly growing business. 


Subject Matter Expert: We are a global agency, so deep knowledge of compliance and regulations is crucial to your success here at Streetsense. The person behind our People Operations strategy will be continuously improving efficiency, quality of service and delivery at scale for our teammates. Your recommendations are corroborated by data and evidence-based research and strategy. You know the processes, policies and tools that keep us running and our team fulfilled.


Organized and Thorough: You lead the day-to-day processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, performance and development programming and career mapping, skills and leadership training programs, benefits administration and open enrollment, records updates and compliance matters. You have excellent writing and communications skills and are excited to collaborate with our CPO and other leaders.
