Field Service Technician


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Pleasanton, TX. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site services at customer well-sites as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on company-owned and rental equipment, including centrifuge and solids control equipment.

- Assist in the shop with equipment repairs, maintenance, and material deliveries or pickups.

- Follow directions from field supervisors and management to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

- Work in various outdoor weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

- Travel as required, following a 20-day on, 10-day off rotation schedule.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to equipment maintenance are a plus.

- Minimum of 2+ years of oilfield experience.

- Valid PEC Safety Card or SafeGulf/SafeLand, or Rig Pass certification.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug test, physical, MVR, and background check.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Valid certifications in Heavy Equipment operation, H2S, Fall Protection, OSHA, and Overhead Crane.

- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Own tools necessary for maintenance and repairs of solids control equipment.

- Flexibility to work overtime, on-call shifts, and alternating weekend rotations, including some holidays.
