Guest Cafeteria Team Member

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assist as needed in front of the house production & preparation of items as well as back of the House cold and hot production.

Replenish food on serving line.

· Clean up of kitchen and of equipment as directed. 



· General food preparation preferred

Skill Requirements:

· Wash, heat, cut, and assemble foods and ingredients.

· Follow Health Department Food and Safety rules and requirements.

· Perform work efficiently during rush conditions.

· Follow oral and written instructions.

· Do simple arithmetic and count.

· Work cooperatively with others.

· Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to fifty 50 pounds.
