The Online Account Coordinator position provides a wide variety of project management and support duties for the client service team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing, scheduling and organizing a wide variety of numerous and concurrent client projects and deliverables, under the direction of the Account Lead.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the administration and day-to-day milestones of multiple and concurrent client projects
- Maintains and updates deadlines and project work through project management system
- Helps prepare details related to project work including tracking timelines, following-up on action items, and communicating project status updates to production team
- Assists with gathering information for client presentations and reviewing PowerPoint decks for consistency across clients
- Assists with quality assurance checks across clients
- Assists with preparation of text message campaigns for multiple clients
- Collects data for weekly performance reports
- Works within Client Service team in a support staff capacity
- Helps prepare presentations and reports before client meetings as needed, with guidance from the account team
- Helps maintain and organize all client documents and files on a shared drive for team’s reference
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly operates a computer and other office equipment and remains in a stationary position, often sitting (or standing if at a standing desk) for prolonged periods; communication is via email, chat, phone, video, and/or in-person with others inside and outside the agency in order to exchange information; repetitive motions may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers in order to operate computer equipment, copy machines, and printers. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in the following areas: Project Management
- Required experience & knowledge:
- Experience and comfort with working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Copyediting experience with background in English grammar and spelling
- Familiarity and ease working with online technology (Note: This is not a Web development position.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Additional desired experience & knowledge but not required:
- Nonprofit fundraising or advocacy
- Basic HTML and other web tools experience
- Some knowledge and understanding of the following programs, platforms, and/or tools: Luminate, Salsa, EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar eCRM platforms

ABOUT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- A starting salary range of between $50,000 - $56,000, with performance evaluations and review of salary at least annually
