Department: Data Entry

Reports to: Data Entry Supervisor

FLSA Status: Part-Time and Full-Time, Non-Exempt


As a Data Entry associate in our Warehouse, you will be in charge of the audit of items while recording and entering all of the required data into our company database. In addition, you'll manage and maintain effective record keeping, organizing files to collect information for future use.

DATA ENTRY Duties and Responsibilities:

· Insure safety procedures are always followed.

· Insure all work instructions are followed.

· Insure all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, R2 and eStewards requirements are adhered to.

· Audit items according to product families and lot handling comments.

· Make sure all required info is captured and recorded into appropriate fields

· Place all required processing labels according to customer/lot handling comments/internal procedures.

· Keep written logs of all lots processed, day by day and lot by lot.

· Follow departmental procedures

· Assist other departments 

DATA ENTRY Skills and Qualifications:

· 18 years of age and older

· High School Diploma/equivalent

  • Criminal      history and employment verification background check, drug test and proof      of legal work authorization in the US

DATA ENTRY Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and      be able to lift up to 30 lbs
