Senior Surface Warfare Management Consultant
Job Type

Analyzes the full range of surface force training issues impacting the ability of the Navy to generate forces ready for tasking. Including:

- performs in depth surveys and interviews with subject matter experts to develop consensus on issue impacting force readiness

- collects and analyzes full range of readiness issues along the PESTONI pillars of readiness

- assists in the reporting of findings  


Senior surface warfare officer with command at sea of CRUDES or amphibious ship at the O5 level. Major Command at sea of CRUDES, amphibious or mine counter measures operational unit (preferred). Familiarity with the surface force training process with experience on an N7 staff at echelon four or higher or ATG assignment is useful.


Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
