Analyzes the full range of surface force training issues impacting the ability of the Navy to generate forces ready for tasking. Including:
- performs in depth surveys and interviews with subject matter experts to develop consensus on issue impacting force readiness
- collects and analyzes full range of readiness issues along the PESTONI pillars of readiness
- assists in the reporting of findings
Former Senior Leader in United States Navy with strong background in training and readiness roles. Understanding of Data Analytics with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
