Marketing Associate - Full Time
Description


The Marketing Associate is responsible for the successful execution and measurement of promotional campaigns related to radio and television. The Marketing Associate will be responsible to facilitate integrated communications to maximize Harvest ministry through MarCom (marketing communications); promotions and advertising (incl. all forms); public relations, media relations, and publicity; broadcasting (terrestrial & Internet, inlc. All form). The Marketing Associate will help in premium selection and ensures media aligns with Harvest Outreach Ministries objectives while meeting production deadlines (i.e. scheduling interviews, writing scripts, and assisting production). The Marketing Associate also provides market and analysis of media performance, offering recommendations for optimizing performance. The Marketing Associate reports directly to the Marketing Manager.     


Requirements
  • Maintain schedule of A New Beginning daily radio program production; revise schedule for 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day message lengths. Synchronize content with daily devotions, monthly premium offers, crusades, and special events. Provide updated schedules to the agency of record for radio program production; updated info for Call Center, Fulfillment, Social Media, and Web.
  • Oversee maintenance of updated online radio station listings, air times, and individual station contact data in ministry databases. Archive past and present media-related activities and press coverage.
  •  Manage and prioritize concurrent projects in advertising, promotions, program production, PR, and media relations. Provide outsourced PR firms with materials, content, and direction for church and crusade events, media kits,  press releases, online newsroom, and interview arrangements. Notify local radio stations of ANB program tag copy updates. Research and manage all   Harvest broadcast placements. 
  • Voice the copy provided for V/O projects as needed.
  • Oversee art design deadlines, ad budgets, placements, and production for social media, Internet, outdoor and print ads, broadcast spots, and promotions.  Provide advertising support, copy, and media buying for special church services, crusades, rallies, and special events.
  • Create media spot logs and update as needed to determine attribution in Nielsen media markets. Researches media markets as needed. 
  • Analyze broadcast media budgets and each broadcast station's return-on-investment. 
  • Arrange interviews, compile scripting, and act as associate producer for recording sessions. 
  • Recommend and coordinate proactive remedies in broadcast markets where ROI needs improvement. Ensure maximum acquisition of new names for growing the ROI,   constituent database, and mailing lists (digital as well as postal).
  • Integrate scheduling and fulfillment for monthly premium offers among all internal   Communications departments. Monitor outside ministry outlets for accurately updated Harvest monthly premium offers. 
  • Interact with networks, stations, agencies, and other ministries. Represent Harvest at   National Religious Broadcasters conventions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
