REVELxp is looking for an experienced revenue-minded individual to lead a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives. As the Director, Corporate Sales, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives, while also developing the strategy for the team to sell multi-property, national project, and special event experiences across the country. 

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic leader who is passionate about leading people, developing sales strategy, creating an exceptional experience, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong worth ethic, ability to battle through adversity, and determination to succeed in a highly competitive, fast paced environment. 


Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives focused on selling multi-property, national project, and special event packages to businesses country wide.
  • Lead and coach the sales team in making effective sales calls, setting appointments, and creating engaging presentations that generate revenue through the purchase of all REVELxp products.
  • Hire, train, and develop both the Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives. 
  • Develop and grow relationships within our local markets to generate new leads, referrals, and sales channels through their professional and personal networks, and proactively soliciting and following-up on sales leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics that are designed in tandem between the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports to the executive team regarding revenue generation, activities, and pipeline.
  • Work closely with VP, Central and other leadership team members to develop sales strategies and incentives for the sales team.
  • Become proficient in sales enablement tools and provide execution strategies for the sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or sports management (or equivalent experience) is preferred
  • 4+ years of successful sports sales management experience. 
  • 3+ years of successful sports sales experience with a pro or college sports team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive professional relationships and interact comfortably and effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude who will be coachable in best practices
