JOB DESCRIPTION


We are currently looking for a team-oriented, operations-minded individual. As the Regional Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing property staff to ensure successful fulfillment of turnkey tailgating events at multiple properties. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations. The ideal team member will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to gather and synthesize key information and the ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:


  • Oversee regional full-time and part-time staff at various properties within assigned region
  • Assist in the execution of sales vision (from General Manager and Regional Vice Presidents), including production of sales support collateral and materials
  • Oversee regional inventory management via all software systems (including Quickbooks, e-commerce programs and catering platforms)
  • Train property staff by clearly communicating fulfillment process and standards at the property level
  • Work with regional production staff to ensure event execution
  • Ensure catering program execution


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events is a plus
  • Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic,      positive “can-do” attitude
  • Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
  • Ability to manage and coach various levels of team members
