The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) will support the execution team in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns in order to reach client goals. The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) will provide support to the execution team by performing budgeting checks, managing monthly campaign close out and set up processes, completing keyword and target research, helping build campaigns and ad mocks, monitoring social media comments, and provide other miscellaneous support to the execution team within various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat and more. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Manager of Digital Marketing. 


Key Accountabilities: 

  • Utilize marketing platforms and internal software to handle all aspects of budgeting to ensure we are hitting clients' monthly spend numbers 
  • Restart all campaigns on a monthly basis 
  • Work with team to research and implement creative and innovative targeting strategies: Keyword research for Online Advertising Search Platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads & Social Media Targeting 
  • Manage administrative elements of platform set up for clients (ad account set up, Facebook permission access, pixel pulls, etc.)
  • Assist Paid Digital Marketing Specialists in creating ad mockups and writing ad copy for new clients/campaigns. 
  • Assist Paid Digital Marketing Specialists in creating new ad campaigns (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). 
  • Monitor Facebook comments for clients as needed 
  • Provide support with client proposals 
  • Provide support with reporting on key metrics 
  • Proofread and edit copy and content.
