As a community support coach working in our Day Program you will support adult clients in their pursuit of maximal independence, growth, and fulfillment.
Artists who need afternoons and weekends to work on their craft, musicians who are in bands and need time to practice and play, aspiring special education teachers and clinicians—all of these great people and those with other interests, backgrounds and experiences have a place to work at The Faison Center.

Job Summary:
We will train you to perform all necessary duties when working with students.
-Deliver one-to-one and small group instruction to adults while using the community as their classroom.
-Facilitate participation in social, recreational and leisure activities
-Help individuals maximize their potential and connect with their community
-Collect data to measure individual progress
-Work collaboratively with a team to help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes and improve their quality of life
Qualifications:
-Current valid driver's license required
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Experience working with individuals with disabilities is great, but more importantly we value a desire to help make a difference in people’s lives
