Description

At TreeUmph! Adventure Course our mission is to inspire fun and a sense of pride through adventure. Our Reservation Guides help us make that goal a reality for our guests.

As a Reservation Guide you will help our guests with any inquiries they may have about our parks and will help them make their online or phone reservations for their adventure. Our Reservation Guides have a polite, helpful and confident manner that gives our guests a strong sense of welcome and gratitude for picking our parks as a place to spend their leisure time and to seek out and achieve their adventure goals. You will be tasked with keeping records of all inquiries and reservations, and to schedule and conduct follow-up actions with our guests.

Primary duties of Reservation Guides are:

  • Politely greet, answer questions and place reservations for guests (individual or groups) over the phone.
  • Record guest feedback about our parks (positive and negative) and report such comments to management.
  • Understand all ticket options and requirements, reservation policies, rules of our parks, directions to our parks, group policies and procedures and any promotions so that this important information may be communicated to our guests.
  • Respond to all voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Answer guest inquiries from our info@treeumph.com email site completely and politely.
  • Maintain group and private party tracking logs and follow up accordingly.
  • Complete group contracts, invoices when needed, and other required documentations for groups.
