As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our crew and lead retrofit installations with skill, efficiency, and pride.

Position Summary

We’re hiring a Lead Retrofit HVAC Installer who brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC installation, diagnostics, and system start-up. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, takes initiative, works well with others, and has leadership skills to guide and support an install team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish 
• Retrofit and install various air conditioning and heating systems
• Diagnose issues and complete system startups
• Celebrate subcool and superheat values with precision
• Lift 50+ lbs. and handle physical demands of the job
• Follow company protocols and ensure tasks are completed to standard
• Work safely and effectively in high Arizona heat and rooftop conditions
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Knowledgeable in system diagnostics, subcooling/superheat, and start-up procedures
• Must have personal tools and deep understanding of HVAC trade practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience or qualities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Comfortable working in hot, high-temperature outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
