DexCare is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Data and Infrastructure) who will report to the Head of Software Reliability Engineering. We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about the foundation blocks for a data science team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they have enabled data science and engineering teams to quickly experiment with data, and how their work influenced the ability of their broader organization to iterate quickly in exploring machine learning models. As a site reliability engineer (data and infrastructure) within DexCare, you will be responsible for partnering with the data science and business intelligence teams to deliver best-in-class tooling for exploring data. With DexCare being an early stage startup, candidates must be willing to quickly adapt and learn about software changes, customer asks, and be curious to take on new challenges as they present themselves.

Candidates will be designing and implementing production quality machine learning infrastructure that allows data scientists to quickly iterate on experiments. You will be working in tandem with the rest of the infrastructure team to design systems that work well with existing systems. Candidates will own data as infrastructure within the organization, and will seek to optimize how we handle data. You will deliver data pipelines that enable a quick time to market on data engineering solutions. Candidates will research industry trends and technologies, along with promoting best-in-class tooling and technologies within the organization. You will also be an ambassador within the organization around data engineering.

Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards
Base Salary = Competitive, not high or low, and no signing bonus tricks
Bonus = 20% of Base Salary. Our philosophy one for all and all for one, except for Sales because they get commissions, sorry Sales. We set achievable goals, not stretch, because our we don’t intend to run a bonus program that never pays. We all know how fun those are.

Dexcare doesn’t like to keep anyone waiting and we know you have lots of great options. Therefore, our aim is to complete the entire interview process with within a week.
