Choisys Technology is seeking multiple candidates for a Electronic Warfare (EW) Analyst position in the Fort Gordon area. The position requires a candidate to have a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Solicit and identify information needs and collection requirements related to Army EW from CCoE staff, Schools, and Cyber Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID).
  • Read and be familiar with all Army EW doctrine.
  • Work with CCoE EW doctrine writers to identify information needs to validate or improve EW doctrine.
  • Identify indirect and direct collection opportunities (e.g., training events, meetings, forums, and exercises) to satisfy CCoE information needs related to Army EW.
  • Develop collection plans based on CCoE EW information needs and available collection opportunities.
  • Coordinate approved collection plans with CALL and other Army collection teams.
  • Analyze information collected to identify gaps, trends, and best practices related to EW.
  • Develop, produce, and present after-action-reports, initial impression reports, and executive summaries of findings.
  • Based on validated gaps, trends, and best practices, identify and propose potential DOTMLPF-P solutions mitigate gaps and promote best practices.
  • Track implementation of approved DOTMLPF-P solutions and assess progress of implementation and effectiveness in closing validated gaps or promoting adoption of validated best practices.
  • Document collected observations in JLLIS.
  • Conduct short term or extended TDY travel in support of collection events and provide trip reports when completed.
  • Monitor L&BP information originating from training centers, unit visits, Joint and Army websites, and other centers of excellence websites pertinent to cyberspace operations.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in the employment Army or DoD EW capabilities.
  • Have three (3) years’ experience and understanding of EW operations, missions, organizational structures and employment at all echelons including Active Army, AR, and ARNG and how they contribute to Army and joint operations.
  • Experience and knowledge of EW policies, standards, and procedures for conducting EW operations.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience working with software programs from Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in EW operation requirements in unilateral, multinational, and joint operations, including tactical and operational level responsibilities and procedures to ensure thorough linkage between Army and joint cyberspace capabilities.
  • Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices for the development of military doctrine and operations.
  • Have an understanding of the structure of current and emerging Army EW formations.
  • Have a strong understanding of Army and Joint EW doctrine.
  • Have familiarity with available EW doctrine, training, and supplemental resources and be able to redirect soldiers to official resources. Knowledge of cyberspace concepts, principles, and practices used in the development of military doctrine and operations.
  • Have strong writing skills and knowledge of DoD, Army, and TRADOC writing standards.
  • At work performance start date, have a final Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility and shall maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
