The Business Development Representative is a business development sales position that consists of identifying employers with opportunities to adopt and/or improve employee care within their company.

Client Giant is looking for a Business Development Representative to further add to our enterprise sales team. This person will be a foundational person on the team and will be critical in driving success in our enterprise division. This person will have 3-5 years of sales experience and be looking to play a formative role in a fast-growing SaaS Sending Platform for client and employee engagement.  This person will work closely with our CRO to generate new business. 


What will I be doing?

  • Continually establish pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build rapport with new customers and moving the sales process forward 
  • Understand the latest industry trends and communicate insights from the field to internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts 
  • Understand company suite of products and demo the Client Giant platform to qualified leads
  • Track all opportunity and customer details in HubSpot while accurately forecasting expected close dates, projected deal size, and probability
  • Collaborate with sales ecosystem such as marketing, solutions architects, product, and others 
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets 

What will you bring?

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field. SaaS experience is a bonus.
  • Proficiency using HubSpot
  • Excellent in-person and virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes skills
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills with solid sales foundation
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
  • Proven track record closing, high-touch, strategic deals in the Fortune 2000 space
