TITLE: Car Wash Attendant

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Car Wash Attendant brings premium customer service and knowledge about the Shiny Shell product to all members and customers that visit the site. 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring safety of customers and co-workers as a top priority at all times
• Loading cars onto the conveyer belt for tunnel washing
• Greeting customers at the window, offering product information and selling washes and memberships
• Monitoring vacuum lot to ensure customers have all cleaning tools necessary
• Recycling towels, replacing empty surface cleaners, and helping in the lot where possible
• Understanding basic operations and equipment of car wash 
• Ensuring a premium experience for all customers, members, and co-workers

PREREQUISITES:

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solver
• Self-starter

Must be able to work weekday nights and weekends.
