Job Responsibilities:

• Count, balance and receive parts and service cash, checks and charges.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Deposit daily checks (Chase Connect)
• Receive bank drafts and send by FedEx
• Print nd distribute statements every 25th of the month
• Receive Spiff money
• Close all bank deposits by the end of the day
• Print and verify deposit reports
• File checks that have been deposited
• Receive title customer cash
• Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Automotive Accounts receivable experience - minimum 2 years
• Ability to execute the job requirements listed below
• Detailed, ability to multi task and organized
• Knowledge of accounting software including ERA link
• Team player
