What You’ll Do: 

- Handle grain loading/unloading and maintain grain quality. 

- Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment. 

- Keep facilities clean and safe (dust control, housekeeping). 

- Track grain inventory and assist with seasonal demands. 

- Work collaboratively with a team that values safety and efficiency. 

Requirements: 

- High School Diploma or GED. 

- Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and lift up to 50 lbs. 

- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. 

- Comfortable working in varied environments, including tight spaces. 

- CDL A license is a bonus and may be required for certain tasks.
