Job Title: MedSpa Receptionist


We are seeking a friendly and professional MedSpa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a MedSpa Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.


Rejuvenation MedSpa Receptionist Responsibilities

* Meet and greet patients and guests entering the spa. 

* Facilitate the check-in and check-out experience in an engaging manner.

* Monitors and answers incoming phone calls for Rejuvenation MedSpa

* Respond to patient inquiries via web and phone; handle inbound and outbound membership opportunities.

* Schedule appointments, medical and spa.

* Collecting payments and setting up automatic payments.

* Educate patients about membership and package opportunities.

This is a full-time position, with the need for evening availability. Hours are flexible.

* Punctuality and adherence to schedule is a must.

* Excellent problem solving and time management skills.

* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

* Strong communication skills to interact in a professional manner. 

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

* Strong customer service skills a must

* Prior experience in a healthcare facility and/or Spa.

* Knowledge of Spa services and products is a plus.

* Passion for health, skin and wellness is a must!
