Description

SHINE Technologies is immediately seeking an Americas Sales Manager - Isotopes (Hybrid) to focus on sales of diagnostic and therapeutic medical isotopes products in Americas [US, Canada, Latin America]. SHINE has launched n.c.a Lu-177 medical isotope for Radioligand Therapies and has other medical isotopes in the pipeline: Mo-99, I-131 and Tb-161. This is a broad role working with the senior leadership to rapidly grow a successful worldwide isotope business.  This is a Hybrid role


Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Exceeding the revenue target goal for assigned accounts by effectively selling the SHINE value proposition.  
  • Primary point of contact for customers and potential customers in Americas who are mainly Biotech developers, major biomedical research institutions, pharmaceutical companies and CDMOs producing radiopharmaceuticals in different stages of clinical development and commercialization.
  • Securing initial supply agreements and partnerships in the Americas through independent efforts and collaborating with the Business Development Manager.
  • Operate in a strong outward-facing manner: Will be the face of diagnostics and therapeutic isotopes at industry conferences and symposia in the Americas and for certain EU events.
  • Build networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company's products by attending and participating in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
  • Keep informed of market dynamics and provide market intelligence insights via networking and external consultants.
  • Responsible for helping develop marketing content.
  • Diligence with CRM platform, account management, planning and analytics on pipeline data
  • Ability to manage/prioritize sales initiatives and adapt to an evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Act as voice of customer to internal SHINE departments to drive best in class service.  
  • Up to 50% travel may be required including weekend overnights.
  • Work outside of core business hours may be necessary with little or no advance notice.


Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline, Physics or equivalent work experience. An additional degree or equivalent work experience in business or marketing would be a plus.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in client sales with major account ownership and demonstrated success in creating and executing on sales strategy.
  • Articulate with well-developed communication skills and proven ability to negotiate and present to executive level decision makers.
  • An assertive, self-confident personality with the ability to establish and grow strategic relationships.
  • Willingness to fill a wide variety of roles to make the business a success.
  • Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine, Radiopharmacy, Clinical Drug Development, Diagnostic Imaging would be an asset.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
