What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and mentor a team across laser cutting, deburring, bending and welding.
• Manage production flow to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time deliveries.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management, troubleshooting production or quality challenges as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and enforce OSHA standards.
• Train team members to meet production goals and deliver high-quality output.
• Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with various departments to execute the production schedule and ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience as a Metal Fabrication Lead (or similar role).
• Hands-on experience with welding, robotic welding, press brakes, laser cutting, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team building.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and performance metrics.
• A knack for problem-solving and improving production processes.
• A detail-oriented approach, ensuring top-tier quality in all aspects of production.
• A passion for off-road vehicles and manufacturing is a plus!
• Schedule:
• 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime as needed.
