This role supports clients and their families as they begin the treatment process. It helps ensure clients are screened, scheduled, and admitted smoothly while following IH policies and HIPAA requirements. The position also builds trust by answering questions, tracking bed availability, and helping remove barriers to care.

Additional Information:
- Schedule Option: Full-time, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Schedule Option: Full-time, Friday - Sunday, 7:00PM - 7:30AM
- Work Environment: On-site
- Travel Requirements: As needed to other locations for support
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Primarily a desk-based role requiring sitting for extended periods of time

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all IH policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Track bed space and open availability throughout the day to support accurate admission planning.
- Respond to calls, referrals, and questions from potential clients, family members, and Client Care Navigators.
- Complete client applications, first contact emails, insurance or payment verification, scheduling, and intake documentation in Celerity.
- Communicate with attorneys, judges, corrections facilities, Admissions Coordinators, and team members to support client authorization and admission into treatment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with admissions, client intake, funding streams, insurance verification, or billing collaboration preferred
- Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
