Weekend General Manager
Description

Ultimate Ninjas Oak Creek is looking for a Weekend General Manager to oversee all weekend staff and operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall weekend strategy, Schedule, managing staff and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be awesome, while ensuring our volumes are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Hours include: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm Friday; 8:30am-close Saturday; and 9:45am- close Sunday. Closing time will vary depending on bookings. Additional hours available during week may be possible.


Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including birthday parties and open play hours

• Design strategy and set goals for growth

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• Set policies and processes

• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

• Ensure staff follows safety regulations

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)


Skills

• Experience as a manager preferred in a similar industry (Family Fun, Fitness) 

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude


Job Type: Part-time (25-35 hours weekly) 


Hourly wage: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Weekend availability required


Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay


Experience:

  • Management: 1 year (Preferred) but not required.

Work Location: Oak Creek Ultimate Ninjas facility.
