Regional Director – Texas Market

Location: Irving, TX (On-Site – Must currently reside in DAL/DFW area). At this time, we are only considering candidates currently based in the area.

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: $125,000 base + annual performance bonus

Schedule: Full-Time | 30-40% Travel

Lead Operations Across Texas

SkyHop Global, a national leader in airline crew ground transportation and an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across our Texas market (Austin, Houston, Dallas/DFW).

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives in a 24/7/365 environment. When flights are in the air—we work.

What You’ll Own

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop Station Leaders across Texas (AUS, IAH, DAL/DFW)
• Build strong, accountable leadership teams aligned to company standards
• Drive hiring, coaching, and performance management across all locations

Financial & Business Performance

• Full P&L responsibility across the Texas region
• Control labor, overtime, and operational costs
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth

Operational Execution

• Ensure safety, reliability, and on-time service across all stations
• Enforce DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance

Field Leadership

• Regular travel to Austin, Houston, and Dallas/DFW stations
• Hands-on support during audits, incidents, and operational challenges
• Act as a visible leader in the field—this is not a desk role

 What You Bring

• Must be based in Irving/Dallas–Fort Worth (on-site role)
• 5–7+ years of multi-site leadership experience (transportation/logistics preferred)
• Proven P&L ownership and results-driven performance
• Experience leading large, hourly workforces (100+ employees)
• Strong operational discipline with a focus on safety and accountability
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable
• Willingness to travel regularly within Texas
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
