Job Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes and helping keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleans and organizes the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
- Maintains the dish area ensuring that all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, & pans are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized.
- Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers.
- Execute opening and closing procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- No experience required. We offer on the job training.
- A desire to help where needed and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, such as knives for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and handle extreme heat for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
